The Uptown Tower Project is located at 712 SW St. Clair Avenue in Portland and consists of both interior and exterior improvements to an existing seven story apartment building.

The interior work includes rehabilitation of 72 living units, Community Room, Corridors, Lobby as well as construction of a new Tenant Activity Area on the lower level adjacent to the Burnside Parking Garage. Living unit work scope includes new cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint, radiant cove heaters and low water use plumbing fixtures. All units get new Anderson windows and patio doors as well as new patio siding and light fixtures. Corridor work includes new flooring, paint and climate control system with new roof top mounted heating and air conditioning unit.

Exterior scope includes new concrete planters along Burnside St., new canopies at the Burnside and St. Clair elevations, new garage doors, new storefront system, new paint and full roof replacement.
