Addition and extensive renovation of existing YMCA facility in Tillamook, Oregon. Work includes construction of new 16,000 square foot swimming pool natatorium with a warm salt water therapy pool and new fitness center as well as related site improvements. An extensive renovation to the existing facility includes new fire sprinkler and alarms, as well as HVAC upgrades.
