The Plaza Los Robles apartments consisted of construction of a 24 unit, R2—multi-family housing project and associated site improvements on a 2.36 acre site in Molalla, Oregon. Facilities included (6) 4-plex living unit buildings, ranging in size from approximately 3,500 to 4,700 square feet in area each; a Commons Building with meeting area and laundry facility of approximately 2,000 square feet in area; parking and trash disposal for residents; outside basketball court; play structure/tot lot area; and site improvements and landscaping as required to complete the project. Project scope also included a federal wetland creation and enhancement on an adjacent 2 acre parcel.
