Parkside village Rehabilitation project consisted of both interior and exterior renovation to 36 apartment units and community building in 9 buildings located in Roseburg Oregon. Sitework consisted of a new storm water management system, sanitary sewer system site grading , landscaping and new parking lot. Interior work consisted of replacement of all interior finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures and ventilation upgrades. Exterior work consisted of insulation upgrades, building sheathing, adding 18” roof overhangs, roofing, sheathing, doors, windows and siding
