Jefferson Station is a former electrical power station building located just off the Williamette River in downtown Portland, Or. The property, which is on the National Register for historic buildings, was purchased by the developer to convert into office condominiums, restaurants, and commercial retail space. LMC was contracted to update and install a new HVAC system for the building, tear off and replace the roof, add restrooms to the ground floor, create ADA accessibility, renovate the lobby and elevator, partition individual office spaces, and to perform a complete remodel of the fourth floor penthouse.
