The project at Indian Creek Court Apartments consisted of interior, exterior and site improvements to a forty-eight unit affordable housing complex in Hood River, Oregon. Construction began in May 2011 and was completed in the fall of 2011.

The exterior scope of work included replacement of the existing siding with new fiber-cement siding, full tear-off and replacement of composition roofing, new gutters and downspouts, updated site signage and exterior lighting. During the course of construction LMC also replaced a considerable amount of site concrete along with unit patios and wood framed decks. Site improvements included a new landscaping and a new patio at the laundry center for resident functions.

Interior work included replacement of all kitchen and bath cabinetry, countertops, sinks and faucets. New ducted range hoods and fresh air vents were also installed in each unit along with selected water heaters and shower units. Existing base board heaters were replaced with new in-wall electric heaters as part of the interior rehabilitation. Three units were also upgraded to be fully ADA accessible, which included installation of new shower units, flooring, interior / exterior doors and ADA compliant fixtures. Additionally, interior improvements to the existing laundry facility and manager’s office were completed by LMC.
