The Hewitt Place Rehabilitation Project consisted of both interior and exterior renovations to 44 living units in 11 Townhouse Buildings located in Troutdale, OR. The project schedule required complete interior renovation of 4 units per week with residents moving out one weekend and moving back in to a fully re-modeled unit the following weekend. Project scope for unit interiors included demolition, attic mold remediation, new cabinets, countertops, drywall repair, painting, flooring, appliance replacement, new dryer ducting with booster fans, plumbing fixtures and electrical. Exterior scope consisted of full roof replacements, new windows and doors, siding replacement, dry rot repairs, paint, renovation of three existing playgrounds and landscaping upgrades. Also included was the expansion of one unit into a new Common Area space which will be used as a community room for social events, etc.
