The Knoll At Tigard

Project Description: Work summary: the Knoll at Tigard consists of a new 46,422 s.f. multi-family residential development with 48 affordable apartments. Units are arranged in two wings, a four story wing to the south and a three story wing to the north, flanking a central circulation lobby tower. Support spaces include, management office, community and meeting rooms, laundry rooms as well as exterior site improvements. Project is R-2 occupancy classification, Type V-A construction, wood frame construction, consisting of 2x6 wall framing, TJI floor framing, engineered wood truss roof framing, fiber cement lap siding and rainscreen fiber cement panel siding exterior, single ply and architectural composition shingle roofing, interior finishes, hydraulic elevators, sitework, utilities, planting and irrigation. *Instructions: Residential Prevailing wages apply, Section 3 requirements apply, MBE/WBE Subcontractors are encouraged to bid. This invitation to bid excludes fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electrical bids. All other subcontractors provide an itemized cost breakdown of your scope of work. Breakers Point Condominiums Exterior Envelope Renovations

Project Address:253 N. Breakers Point Dr. Cannon Beach, OR 97110

Project Description: Work Summary:The project consists of exterior renovations to 17 existing condominium buildings and 1 Clubhouse building including cementious siding on a new rainscreen system, siding removal and replacement, installation of new windows, doors, flashings and all associated roofing removal and replacement as required for new flashings for windows, doors and siding. Includes relocating existing exterior mounted gas lines and conduits into wall / stud cavities.
