Project Address:2794 NE Douglas Avenue, Roseburg, Oregon Project Description: Project consists of selective interior and exterior renovation of 9 buildings housing 36 apartment units and a community building. Building envelope: New siding. windows, doors, paint, roof sheathing, roof extensions, roofing and gutters at all buildings. Site Work: Selective concrete replacement, site grubbing, tree removal. landscaping, asphalt repairs, seal coat, CMU, play structure, site railings, new sanitary sewer lines and storm water management system. Interior Renovation: Tenant moving and storage, removal and replacement of cabinets, countertops, flooring, lighting, doors and millwork, window coverings, bath accessories, painting, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting and electrical upgrades. Clarifications: Siding, Landscaping, Electrical and Plumbing bids will be excluded Project Manager: Ryan Duffin Instructions: Provide an itemized cost breakdown of your scope of work with a breakdown of costs for each project. Bid all work per plans and specs, but submit with your bid any recommended alternates that may provide an advantage to the Owner. Substitution requests due no later than July 30.
