Project Description: Work summary: the Knoll at Tigard consists of a new 46,422 s.f. multi-family residential development with 48 affordable apartments. Units are arranged in two wings, a four story wing to the south and a three story wing to the north, flanking a central circulation lobby tower. Support spaces include, management office, community and meeting rooms, laundry rooms as well as exterior site improvements. Project is R-2 occupancy classification, Type V-A construction, wood frame construction, consisting of 2x6 wall framing, TJI floor framing, engineered wood truss roof framing, fiber cement lap siding and rainscreen fiber cement panel siding exterior, single ply and architectural composition shingle roofing, interior finishes, hydraulic elevators, sitework, utilities, planting and irrigation. *Instructions: Residential Prevailing wages apply, Section 3 requirements apply, MBE/WBE Subcontractors are encouraged to bid.
